As Headhunter I have reviewed more than 4000 Demo Reels and portfolios related to the animation industry in general and channeled close to 500 artists to obtain a job in the field.

I have collaborated in the creation of the teams for 5 of the best animated films that have been produced in the country and have provided that service for several of the largest studios in the country for 11 years.

Thanks to that I have developed a keen sense of what works and what doesn't. Therefore, the review, in addition to being artistic, will serve to attack the key points that recruiters focus on when evaluating your Demo.

The importance
of the demo reel

It is sad to see artists who have a lot of talent and/or a lot of potential but who do not get a job because they present their work poorly; or if they do, they are not given the job or salary they deserve.

EVERYONE, from the least experienced to the most experienced, can benefit from presenting their work in the most professional and efficient manner.

A junior level Demo can present itself in a very professional manner and raise your perception greatly, in the same way that a senior level one can present itself poorly and damage that same perception.

How does the service work?

FIRST STEP

You will send me a league with your Demo Reel and you will schedule the 1st session.

SECOND STEP

I will give you detailed feedback for up to 3 Skype sessions.

THIRD STEP

You will have a Demo Reel of your current work professionally and efficiently presented for maximum impact.

Aspects covered by the review:

We will talk about your background, your dreams and goals to define the best approach for the Demo Reel or Portfolio.
I'll go through the entire current body of work, classify it, and put it in order.
In case you have a specific study for which you want to work, we will see to focus it for the greatest impact with them.
Which piece do I suggest to open and which to close?
What is the most favorable order to organize the pieces?
What parts do I suggest you remove, edit and/or shorten?
I will help you create an agile, clear and well-paced edition
We will also find the best option for music.

Is the duration of your Demo Reel correct? We will give you the ideal duration, trust me.
I will help you to easily make your participation in each piece clear without tedious breakdowns that nobody reads.
Tips for presenting work in the most professional format and the ideal channels to share it.
